Introduction

Welcome to Pubflow, a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform operated by Pubflow, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Pubflow," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Services.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Subscription and Payments

We use Stripe as our payment processor. By subscribing to our Services, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees in accordance with your selected plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Pay any applicable taxes

Payment Security: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are provided only as specified in our refund policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without permission

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision.

Managed Services (assets)

Some backend services are provided as managed assets by Pubflow. These are secure, scalable backends that run on our platform for your convenience.

Managed services are proprietary to Pubflow and are not distributed as open source. Users do not have access to the source code or control over the underlying implementation.

You get all the benefits—speed, reliability, and support—without having to manage or see the backend code. These services are created and maintained by Pubflow for your use on our PaaS.

4. Intellectual Property

Pubflow is a Platform as a Service (PaaS) that provides managed services and tools to enable developers to build applications in record time. We maintain intellectual property rights to our services, products, and platform features, which are protected under their respective licenses. Our platform is designed to be an open and flexible environment for developers.

You retain full ownership and all rights to your data and content. When you connect external resources (such as GitHub repositories or other code sources), this data remains your exclusive property and is used solely to deploy and run your own code. All code, whether created by you or imported from external sources, belongs to its respective creator or user. We do not claim any ownership over your intellectual property.

By using our Services, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your content strictly for the purpose of providing and improving our Services to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account. Currently, we are not a custom code deployment platform, but we respect and protect the intellectual property rights of all our users.

5. Service Availability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services
  • Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance
  • Update features and functionality

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes or scheduled maintenance.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pubflow, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
